Airbus Helicopter AS365 3+

Previously known as the AS365 Dauphin, the AS365 3+ is a medium-weight helicopter that has been in global military and civil operations since 1975.

Going to the extremes: The AS365 3+ is designed to operate with stability at high altitudes, fast speeds and in temperatures up to +50°C. This makes it particularly apt to search and rescue missions even in poor weather conditions, as well as law enforcement and surveillance missions to combat illegal fishing and other illicit activities.

A matter of time: More than 4 million cumulative flight hours have been flown by the 700 units that have been deployed since entering the market.

Maximum Cruise Speed: 140 knots
Range: 1,300 kilometers
Endurance: 5+ hours

Currently operated by the governments of Australia, Argentina, China, Greece, Iceland, Kuwait, Malaysia and Spain, and by the militaries of Bangladesh, Chile, France, Lithuania, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, United States and Uruguay.
