The CAMINO-108 is a class B AIS transponder produced by AMEC and a great choice for its lower price point.

Tricks of the trade: This AIS transponder allows for the exchange of AIS messages with other AIS equipped vessels that are within range, making it an essential tool for preventing collisions.

Bells and whistles: The CAMINO-108 comes with a waterproof USB port and options for integration with chart plotters and PCs. It also comes with an SD card slot in order to store AIS data.
